Natureef 2026 Meeting and General Assembly of Members
📅 2-3 of March 2026, Poznań, Sheraton, Bukowska 3/9 street

We invite you to a unique event that brings together leaders from the packaging, food production and recycling industries – members of the Natureef Association. Over two days, we will work together on the future of packaging: packaging that is easy to recover and at the same time effectively protects product quality.

Together with representatives from over 65 companies, Natureef will create a space for exchanging knowledge and experiences and building lasting business relationships. You can look forward to:

🎤 Inspiring presentations by experts and practitioners
💬 Interactive discussions on innovation, regulations and industry challenges
🤝 Networking in an atmosphere of cooperation and openness
🏭 Study visits to the Municipal Waste Thermal Treatment Plant (ITPOK) in Poznań and the bio-composting facility in Suchy Las – to see how different waste treatment systems work in practice.

2nd of March 2026 (Monday)

⏰11:00 – Meeting at the Sheraton Hotel, ul. Bukowska 3/9, Poznań
🚌 11:15 – Departure by organised bus from the Sheraton Hotel for the selected study visit (choice of a visit to ITPOK Poznań or the biocomposting plant in Suchy Las)
⬅️16:00 – 16:30 – Return to the hotel
⚖️17:00 – Legislation Group meeting
🍽️ 18:00 – Dinner and networking at the Sheraton Hotel

3rd of March 2026 (Tuesday)

🗣️ 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. – Natureef Connect meeting at the Sheraton Hotel. The programme includes:
9:00-9:15 – Opening of the meeting by the Members of the Management Board: Jaśmina Solecka, Prof. Artur Bartkowiak and Krzysztof Janiak
9:15-9:30 – Speech by Jacek Połomka, President of ŁCR Marszów, “Technical aspects of recycling processes and profitability“
9:30-10:30 – Discussion panel on the profitability of sustainable packaging solutions, “Is it profitable to use recycled materials in packaging?”. The panel will include: Oskar Nawrocki (Kablonex), Tomasz Gabrysiak (MPS International Sp. z o.o.), Jaromir Maćkiewicz (Veroni Sp. z o.o.). Moderator: Prof. Artur Bartkowiak
10:30-10:45 – Coffee break
10:45-11:00 – Presentation by Janusz Olejnik, founder of the FoodFakty.PL portal, “Different strategies, concerns and opportunities for the food industry in response to the use of recycled materials in packaging”
11:00-12:00 – Discussion panel “Recyclates in various industries – who is ready for change?”. The panel will include: Marta Krawczyk (SGS), Anna Wolska (Green Factory), Dorota Ostrowska (Tedmark), Michal Malka (Ela Wyrób folii i opakowań sp. z o.o.)
12:00-13:00 – Lunch
13:00 – 14:30 – General Meeting of Members
14:30 – 14:45 – Coffee break
14:45–15:30 – Challenges in transitioning to mono-material packaging – presentation of the experiences of the BeFORE project Users Committee, Karolina Wiszumirska (Natureef Association), Joanna Hermanowicz (Cukiernia Sowa)
15:30 – 16:00 – The way forward – summary of the event Jaśmina Solecka, Prof. Artur Bartkowiak, Krzysztof Janiak.

Event fee

The fee for participation on 2-3 March 2026 is PLN 1,200 gross per person (excluding accommodation costs).

Fee for participation only on the second day of the event, i.e. 03 March 2026 is PLN 700 gross per person.

A preliminary invoice will be sent to you after registering for the event. Natureef is exempt from goods and services tax pursuant to Article 113(1) or (9) of the VAT Act.
