The provisions of the SUP Directive implemented into Polish law impose a number of obligations on businesses, particularly those in the food and beverage industry. Experience in analyzing single-use products from the perspective of SUP requirements will be presented by the Institute of Environmental Protection – State Research Institute.

In the second part of the webinar, we will present the principles of “flustix” certification, how it fits into the requirements of SUP, the Green Claims Directive, and what its future is in the context of the PPWR project. We will ask our guests whether SUP has introduced harmonization or interpretive chaos in the EU, and how the “flustix” system supports businesses and consumers in making sustainable choices.
