Natureef Association, a member of the European Value4Pack, consortium, invites you to the regional workshop “Defining a regional roadmap for food packaging”, which will be held on June 12 at the Marine Science Center (Lasztownia).
The event follows a workshop on mapping the food packaging value chain held in February this year in Szczecin, involving 21 organizations operating in West Pomerania (material and packaging producers, food processors, packaging waste sorting and recycling companies, research units, regional government, etc.).
The goal of the June workshop is to develop a roadmap for food packaging that includes priorities and potential industry initiatives that address the challenges of the so-called 4Rs (Refuse, Reduce, Re-use, Recycle). Proposals developed at the workshop will be further developed by consortium partners at international business matchmaking events and networking among a dozen Value4Pack institutions.

– You will provide input to the joint roadmap for West Pomeranian food packaging by making your own proposals for change or joining initiatives submitted by other participants..
Ladies and Gentlemen, given the diagnosed need to meet EU regulations (Green Deal 2030, PPWR), which, on the one hand, exclude the use of certain types of packaging materials and, on the other hand, promote the reuse of packaging and aim to make all packaging recyclable by 2030, the participation of your organization in the June workshop is of great importance.
